HWTSTR455, I had the same thing done in my garage. 25 x 36'. Cost was $4,500 last year. It was a fresh pour and they took moisture readings to decide when to coat. Also did the surfacing. It is great, couldn't be happier. Nothing hurts it and just wipe up to clean it. Folks marvel at the look. I thought about DYI, but read so many negative reviews about most of the products out there. Only issue was that it was off gassing for at least several months. My dog still does not like hanging out in the garage. I also had to chuckle at your reply about the flake and dropped items. Just yesterday dropped a tiny part right at my feet. Spent a long time crawling around with a light. Still haven't found it.....
