Another tid bit to consider when watching videos meant to share valvetrain noise.
Cell phones typically don't have fantastic built-in microphones. Often leading to degradation of audio quality.
Example a cell phone recording of a solid roller set up might sound like a thrashing machine, but typicaly not as bad in person.

And often louder not installed in the car itself
