I currently have a 2wd 2016 F150 Lariat crew cab with the 2.7 Ecoboost. 157" wb (6.5 foot bed). Currently at 108,000 miles. COMPLETELY trouble free miles. Lifetime fuel mileage of 21.1. (one of the savants on here suggested it would be nothing but trouble.....) After 6 shoulder surgeries that have left me with a metal and plastic shoulder joint, I'm considering something smaller. I also get complaints from regular passengers (one being my wife) that it's hard to get in. I have a friend with a 2020 Honda Ridgeline that he loves. I've spent a little time in it and it's waaaay more comfortable than the other small trucks I've been around. Looks? Kinda ugly. Function? Pretty good and probably about right for my needs and it's a Honda, so reliability should be strong . I retire at the end of this year, we'll see.
