I went to Summit and bought new wheels and MT front tires, they said they mount/balance free with purchase. They did that, but said they couldn't get them balanced, trying with different wheels... Of course my wife is with me and she hates Summit about as much as I hate the shoe store... Long story short they finally got them balanced with "the last wheels in stock" but I read the reviews of the tires while waiting and there was a few saying they couldn't get them to balance...
Also, I use a bead of clear silicone around the weights to hold them in place, looks better than duct tape(not that I have a problem with duct tape).
