Pilot bearing problem.

When I remove the pressure plate, I was able to pull the pilot bearing out with my finger.

The new pilot bearing, # 7109, is the same way. Is there any way to tighten the bearing in the bore? I have heard of using a punch in a few spots on the side of the bore. I have also heard of having the bearing knurled.

What would you guys do?

By the way, when I last installed a new clutch in the car, I did not notice the pilot bearing being a problem, but that was a few years ago and my memory ain't what it used to be.

On the bright side, my runout is .001!

Thanks in Advance!
