The textured surface is dependent on the surface texture of the build plate, so no. However, textured build surfaces are not uncommon and all have pretty much the same satin finish.
I have one spare glue-in insert here with no one's name on it.
I also have one radio bezel insert with a blemish in the top right corner ... this is the one that goes into a radio bezel and has the provision for nuts on the back to hold it in.
