I was massaging the radius to get it as large as I could without altering some other aspects of the model ... but yes I think the OEM radius is a bit larger ... and not a true radius ... meaning a radius between two planes 90 degrees apart. Looks like they use a portion of a larger radius.
This one is already printing out ... I'll know in about four hours how it looks
Might be enough to get it to seat into the radio holes though, and can't be seen from the front.
You know I even measured the OEM radius and wrote it down, but never applied it to the model.
Update: Just checked the model ... radius is at .23" now .. most I can go is .25" without the radius slicing into the front edge ... from a fit standpoint it would only alter the depth the plate inserts by a few hundreds of an inch. I'm hopeful this will work ... but just in case ... ordered a few more priority shipping boxes
