Looks like Hedman headers logo to me (when zooming in on picture). Plus I think they are one of the few that offer the ball/socket collector instead of the standard 3 bolt collector flange.
I have a really old set of Hedman round ports and while they fit good and didn't require any hammering of tubes, they hung kind of low.
