I was Told the only issue were normal, trans adapter plate to retain the original Chevy bolt pattern transmission, and adapt the battery and wiring due to the starter being on the other side. Other than that he said he used the late 70's Pontiac style Captured motor mounts and just drilled the needed holes in the X-member. The only other issue he could remember was getting shorter A/C lines as the A/C compressor is now on the passenger side if you use Pontiac Belts & Pulleys. Also the Coolant hoses & connectors were a bit of a challenge.

He said he originally did the conversion on a 84 1 ton dually, then when he scrapped the truck he liked the torque of the 455 so much he put it in the 69 Suburban that I remember. I forgot it was a 69.
