But the Ego made the most cuts, by far.
oooo my favorite flavor ! number of cuts per charge

I had a GreenWorks Pro 16" 60V for $149 Clearance and returned it.
Decided it was too close in size and weight as the 18" Kobalt to make good enough reasoning to keep it. I needed something to go up in the trees with as my #2 saw.
Then limbing/trimming/smaller ground work.
It will get the most use overall.

My buddy kept his GW 16" and he likes it just fine.
The price made it hard not to keep it , but i really needed 14".

Now they have Gen II GreenWorks, and it's probably same price range as the Echo.

If i were in the 16" market and $350 range i would pick the EGO first.
Then next tier would probably be the Echo, Ryobi and DeWalt.
DeWalt would be hard to resist but their warranty period sucks.
Echo doesn't list warranty period on the battery, just the tool.
I would caution/investigate that factor first.
GreenWorks has the longest battery warranty 4yr tool/4yr battery.

Knowing what i know now , bottom mount battery is a big perk.
More Weatherproof
I think EGO and Ryobi are about the only ones that are not drop top battery.

You can't really go wrong with any of the ones you are considering. imo
How they feel when you pick them up can make a difference too, hopefully you get a chance to see them all in person first.
