You can fill in cracks with appropriate padded dash epoxy/foam and then bodywork them with filler. Buddy did it on his 82 El Camino dash and looks great. Granted thats a harder plastic than our padded dashes, but the same approach is used. Then paint to match.

You may think about asking this in the Interior Tech section of this board, or maybe even The Body Shop Tech area. I've never done it.

Dont discount trying to find a good one online....might be easier in the long run. No one makes them. JustDashes will redo it for you, Im sure......$$$$$
