Have you tried the AACA forum? If youre not familiar you do not need to be a member to join, thus it is a free check in. I doubt that would last very long on the classifieds over there. Lots of CCA guys.
Also, I dont know a lot about that kind of stuff but it may not be Packard specific, unless otherwise noted. I think there were many manufacturers selling those kind of accessories in that time period. So, it may be appropriate/fit many cars of the late 20's early 30's.
