I have a TVS / Vacuum Hose question and need some help please.
I have a '71 455HO T/A and one of the hoses from the TVS seems to have no place to be connected, which cannot be correct.
In the first pic you can see the TVS and its 3 hoses. The green hose is connected to the front of the carb. The red hose is connected to the vacuum tree in the rear. The white hose (3rd hose) is not connected to anything. Per the factory assembly guide it should be connected to the distributor but there is another hose connected to the distb.
In the second pic you can see:
The red hose from the TVS connected to the vacuum tree on the rear of the carb.
The yellow hose running from the A/C to the vacuum tree.
The light blue hose (which is connected to the distributor) running to the vacuum tree.
The dark blue house from the power brakes running to the vacuum tree.
And the white hose from the TVS with no connection.
Can you please let me know what is wrong here?
