I'm referring to a '67 build sheet from Pontiac Michigan, because the option codes are the same within a given model year regardless of the final assembly location.
Within box 61 the options are:
1 - ENG. CNTR. C.S.
2 - A.I EXH. CTRL.
4 - POS. CRKCS VENT.
8 - RADIO DELETE
Option 612 is Air Injector Exhaust Control aka RPO K19 in the UPC system (mandatory in California)
Option 614 is Positive Crankcase Ventilation and is included with 612.
This vehicle has both options 612 and 614; the "2" and the "4" total so that a "6" is reported in box 61 (ie, "616").
