I don’t have a warm a fuzzy feeling about your issue taking place!
A loose rocker noise should not get louder with increased load on the motor due to opening the throttle up, it’s rate of noise should just increase with rpm.

This noise to me that gets modulated by throttle application is classic rod knock!

The very first thing I would do before even thinking about starting the motor again is to cut the filter open and inspected it for metal and bearing material.

In terms of if it’s a valvetrain issue we need to know if your still using the factory studs and nuts that get torqued to ft lbs, or if you are running poly locks on those roller rockers?
