I have a PHS from another 70 Formula in my files, it is a 15" rally wheel car;
The line item for the 15" wheel/tire combo has a code TNL.

I just looked at other PHS sheets I have saved;
I found several 70 Formula's which had the optional RWL tires, that option code line reads as follows;
F70x14 WL FG - 28.44 - TML

Quite likely one of few '70 Muncie three speed Formula 400's left.
1991 Grand Am: 14.4 @ 93.7mph (DA corrected) (retired DD, stock appearing)
2009 Cobalt SS: 13.9 @ 103mph (current DD; makes something north of 300hp & 350ft/lbs)
