If C/C doesn't offer that service any longer, I would check with one of their competitors to see if they would rebuild your lifters, never hurts to ask.

One, or two of your examples seems to have some rough looking scoring on the lifter bodies too. What happened in the last engine they were in?

If there was metal in the oil, I would be suspect of the roller bearings having some abrasive running through them and being less than good quality. If the outer bodies got scored, along with the lifter wheel, I'm not certain I'd be inclined to run them without at least a rebuild. Just my opinion, the decision is yours.
