You can buy 2K epoxy primer in a rattle can, but it's usually about $30 a can. For certain jobs (wheels being a good one), I get cans of it from my local auto paint store, made by SprayMax.
Eastwood also sells it. And if you Google it, you'll find multiple sources.
Once you break the internal seal in the can that mixes the two parts, it's only good for about a day.
