Says right on the can - able to topcoat after 30 minutes. (Rust-Oleum rattleball #249322)
That is why i recommended it for Cas , and why i use it.

Dupont 615s Vari-Prime was a self-etching zinc primer/sealer.
Could topcoat right on top of it too - Lucite, Dulux, Centari, Imron -by the book
Some can, some cannot.
Rust-Oleum self-etching primer is one that can.
