I use a Don Hume leather rig.
Work decent enough, the problem is nobody makes one for my CCW (only for the 9mm and 40 variants) so I have found that the Glock 21 has similar dimensions and made it work.
I do wish the belt loops were wider to provide a little more twist stability while walking
