I would hazard a guess and say your Bird's VIN is around N115xxx to N118xxx if it's a Norwood Bird.
If a Van Nuys Bird around L104xxx to L106xxx (with cowl tag of 05A or 05B)
BTW, that date code is probably D170, the 'D' looks like a O (April 17, 1970).
