If it's been very long since you've seen Bellaire, you wouldn't recognize it!
It WAS slightly upscale, now it's EXTREMELY upscale. A 1/3 acre lot runs $400K to $700K, depending upon the location!!! Not quite Memorial or River Oaks prices - yet!
