In Michigan, I had no issues with renewing my Driver's License with my "new home" address in 5 minutes in a town named Romeo, Michigan.
I have spoken with others from Missouri and they also have had Driver's License difficulties.
Sorry to hear this but I have not lived in Missouri for 50 years.
