Yes, Those kits on the Edelbrock site are for electric pumps.
I rebuild our CV billet pumps annually...kits are ~$150..ea!
There is a black foam cube in the base that must be there and in the correct well.
The O rings on the valves deteriorate with some of the oxygenated fuels we use.
And the main diaphragm is laminated where it meets fuel, but the atmosphere side looks 30 years old in a year of service.

Take the heart apart. Assess.

I don't like NPT fittings in a HP fuel system... if I can avoid them.
