Eric, I had a set of the round port Hookers on my 73 T/A, they aren't going to be the ones you probably want on a corner carver. Mine were bashed and worn on a street car in less than 2000 miles. I'd never consider another set of the round port Hookers for a road race car. The D port Hookers aren't as bad for ground clearance, but still probably not the ultimate in what you're looking for.
I'd be looking at maybe someone that has a set of the Tri Ys used on the forum for maximum ground clearance. If you buy a used set (Tribal Tubes), you won't have to take a lottery chance on paying for the headers, and never getting delivery, "winning the lottery".
The other option is custom headers, of course probably the best option, but also the most expensive option.........
