My Rally Is did not have any codes on the outside. Interior stamped codes don't correspond with usage, just wheel construction and date. Service Rally 1s were KA.
Just an FYI, I tried my Rally 1s on my daughter's '71 LeMans with single piston disc brakes. Lot's of clearance. I used her car to measure the wheel's lateral and radial trueness. You didn't quantify how bad your wheels are so I included the manual specs to help determine it.
