You could get 14x6 / 5x5 on 67 GrandPrix and 2+2 (going by sales brochure).
I'm not sure about (i dont know) Cats, Bonn's, etc..
For the Stamped wheel code - i don't know - might can find it later.

But on the 67 Fullsize Order Form i have (what PHS sends out)
It does not list Rally2 or Hood Tach
But both were available on 2+2 and GP
So there must be another revised version of the 67 order sheet or separate sheet for GP and 2+2 , or maybe listed on the Special Equipment page.
The 68 Order Form does list Rally2 and Hood Tach
Also states Rally2 not available with #482 (15" wheel) or #521 (Disc Brakes)
