The PHS will have the Engine Unit Number (number stamped by the Block Code)
As good or better than a VIN stamp - since most don't know about unique EUN codes to restamp them.
Just as the PoP would have the EUN
Anyone paying over 5-6k for the car should probably get a PHS on it.
