I've got the wife's Aero Coupe frame welded up. I repaired six body mount holes. The worst ones were the two under the firewall. I boxed the frame using 1/8th inch steel which is about the same thickness as the frame. I also added some structural support near the rear control arms. Rewelded some weak looking factory welds and added to other areas.
