I doubt the jacks would fail but it's never a bad idea to get a little extra safety.
The jacks are double locking and I figure the body weighs about 600 lbs so that would be about 150 on each jackstand. Cinder blocks aren't recommended for supporting a car but 150 lbs or less than 40 lb per leg should be easy for a cinder block.
