I am surprised also, that there are not mor posts about this event. It is, by far the largest Pontiac event in the world. Whether you like the car show, swap meet, or drag racing, there is something for you. I've gone with my wife to the past three Ames Tri-Power Nationals. Surprisingly, she likes the drag racing the best. Of the hundreds of swap spaces, this event is the best, by far, for you to find Pontiac parts you're looking for. There are no vendors selling non-auto-related junk like so many swap events.

The show car field is fantastic! Every imaginable Pontiac model can be found, with many of them absolutely pristine examples. There is also a section for Pontiacs for sale. This year, there were at least 20 cars for sale on display.

The drag racing is for any model Pontiac, to four-cylinder Tempests to 1000 HP+ drag cars.

And, don't forget the multiple food stands, shood trucks, and the ONE POUND ICE CREAM for $1.00.

W thoroughly enjoyed the event and hope to see many more.
