Yep. Spring loaded so it returns to center. Someone made up a little L bracket that bolts to the bottom of the dash. Only change I made to the switch position was for some reason they had it going from side to side and that was a pain because I usually chose the wrong direction. Simply rotated it 90° so pushing up had the window go up.
