*I would never try to sell / pass it off as a real deal car for money, only as cosmetically correct. We are 100% honest when people ask us of its origin and proud of it. We have no shame in owning a car we always desired even a fake as the haters call it.

This response is spot on.
I know I can't afford a $100K trailer queen that needs a NOS (insert anything here) for big bucks. These tribute cars are awesome and you can actually drive them.
