My buddy is killing himself not to buy this one so I binged it:

According to the web search results, there were 1,296 Brewster Green 1973 Pontiac Trans Ams with the Super-Duty 455 engine, and only 146 with the standard 455 enginehttps://www.motortrend.com/features/hppp-0710-1973-pontiac-trans-am-super-duty/https://www.hemmings.com/stories/article/1973-74-pontiac-firebird-formula-and-trans-am-sd-455. The Super-Duty 455 was a near-race-spec engine that featured many unique parts and produced 290 hp and 390 lb-ft of torquehttps://www.hemmings.com/stories/article/1973-74-pontiac-firebird-formula-and-trans-am-sd-455https://www.autoevolution.com/news/1973-pontiac-trans-am-sd-455-the-muscle-car-golden-age-s-last-high-performance-legend-227433.html. The Super-Duty 455 was also available as an option on the Firebird Formula, but only 43 were made in 1973 and 58 in 1974

So...the plain jane 455 is rare according to this but hard to believe they made more SD's in that jade shade...however I figured an actual expert would have chimed in by now...
