I also found another number and I think it is reference to the GM number and it is #399076. They are originally meant for a early 70's chevy van. how much did you need to grind out? looks like that part is easy enough to find. thinking about putting one in this weekend. also is it correct for the in and out ports to be straight out? the only pics online i can find of a 1962 tempest heater core look like they come out at a 90 degree bend?
