That makes it at least a -6 version of the Holley 950 HP carb.
That carb should be drilled/threaded for 5 holes for the emulsion passages and most likely the #2 and #4 passages plugged.
The Kill Bleed drillings on the upper "dogleg" of the metering block do not get counted as an emulsion holes.
