yes those are OEM wires;
As mentioned, original wires are date coded.

I have a partial roll of that wire here that my brother grabbed when he worked at a local dealer (they hadn't used it in long enough, that they were going to toss it), my roll is dated 2Q87, or second quarter 1987.

Odds are that very few people will know to look, or even notice that original grey packard wires were dated.
