Remember May 4th 1970? Kent State riots and "4 dead in Ohio). I was in downtown Cleveland attending Case Western Reserve University when they closed the campus for the remainder of the year. Went up to see my Physics scores (I got a "B"....) and noted a 3 by 5 index card with a printed ad that read:
"1964 Pontiac V8 stickshift $400 see Dr. Case."
He was my Physics Professor. Gave me the keys and I noted the GTO fob then went to the faculty parking lot where I spotted her. 389 tripower four speed posi in a 2 door coupe for $400.
Drove it all summer long, painted her Hugger Orange then sold her for $600 and went back for my sophomore year and paid cash for the credit hours...
