I hope I am the one I spoke to the other night. If not, sorry for the delay as I have been away from my computer at the Buick Nats and the H/O CA meet.
Currently, the hold up in tires being made in a Ultra High Performance Radial is the equipment needed to build these tires. The plant where all of the reproductions are being built does not have the capability of building low profile tires in 16 and 17" diameters. Plans are in the works for certain sizes to be introduced, but it is going to take time to get everything going. Call me with more questions or see me at POCI in Ft. Worth.
