That's not how those are attached by the factory.
Those certs are in clip receivers and the bezel literally pops into those clip receivers with riveted on clips, attached to the bezel.
The repop ones are really crappy though. and it's not what I would call a great design. That'ss probably a reason your bezel is attached like that.
