The line turns forward immediately after exiting the carburetor and angles down and runs along the inside the edge of the valve cover and then bends down at the front edge of the block where the fuel filter is located above the fuel pump. The pictures I refer to are with the big factory air cleaner in place. I would have saved and posted two or three of the pictures I saw but for some reason they came up blurry on my screen.
