Plumb out of the cold side of the radiator, or water pump if possible, into a high pressure pump. From pump through a inline filter and into the fittings above the exhaust ports. The water then makes its way into the heads cooling passages.
If nobody chimes in with the pump model number, I will look at mine in the shop and post it later.
