On my son's 535 w/ wet deck Tiger heads we just put a tee in the middle and routed them all to the water manifold. So rear water hole to tee fitting at center hole then that ran to the manifold. Front water holes got they're own line to the manifold. Seems to be working. Hard to see in the picture. Car is put away right now. Can't get better pics for you.
