Anyway, take a look at the engine photo. What is the heavy rubber thing bolted to the radiator support? Is that something owner added or a factory thing? I've never seen one and our 64 definitely did not have anything like that.

Pretty sure it’s an air deflector designed to push more air through radiator on A/C equipped cars. I added one to my non A/C car just to improve cooling efficiency
