power in socket in instrument dash
replaced all the blubs in my instrument panel found one bulb holder with a smaller than 1895 bulb inside on top of steering column. I shut off the car with a kill switch and cleaned the socket but when i put a test light on it. How is it possible it lite the test light with the kill switch on? It also has two wires on the socket a light green and a black wire. 1965 GTO.I don't know how this socket has power
