He might have went to a 1967 aluminum distributor with the 67 hood tach.
Or he might have gotten an aftermarket dual point distributor.
Shouldn't have needed it though - tach gets signal from the coil.
At least the correct one is in possession .
Not sure where I got stuck on 1111054 being TriPower distributor.
That might have been one of the flubs from the 1980's GTO Restoration Guide book.
Something somewhere made it stick in my mind ... idunno
