I remember talking to someone at the POCI convension in the Quad Cities that he had a full set of Olds wheels on his 63 Catalina with poverty caps.
So my thought is that Pontiac clips on a Pontiac wheel hold a Pontiac cap and Olds Clips on an Olds wheel hold a Pontiac Cap but Olds clips on a Pontiac wheel do not work.
