They'll share
some sheetmetal...assuming you're talking about two door hardtops, the front clip and doors will be the same, other than maybe some trim holes. From there back a Bonneville has a longer wheelbase so the rear quarters will be different. Not sure about the trunk lid or the rear panel between the taillights. Bumpers are the same.
