I have a Chevelle 12 bolt. Not sure what year. Old rims where 5.5" offset and put the tires about 1/4 off the frame. To get the old tires (29.5X10.5 slicks) to fit the quarters where pushed out 1.5". Thus the reason for new quarters and a frame notch. Looks and fits a lot better.
