I was going to reply to your M21 question, then read through the replies, nad saw that it was never answered...

yes I believe so.

If those were not present, I believe it would have been an M20 car;
What is a bit fuzzy to me, is that the M21 required the 'performance axle' (3.73:1), but the performance axle could be ordered separate;
I am sure someone more knowledgeable would be able to chime in and clarify the invoice differences for an M21 vs M20+3.73 car.
